The funny thing is that the number of mails talking about what to do with job posting on this mailinglist is higher than the number of job postings. If I look in my mail archive I see a thread discussing job postings a little bit more than a year ago. There were about 3 or 4 job postings between then and the recent ones. We've got 4 postings in the last days and again a thread discussing them...
