Hi all, I really enjoyed the meeting last night. I thought it made a great choice for a coding session, as it was a challenging example showing very well that converting an application or library into Python 3 isn't a simple process. :)
For those of you interested, the schedule for the next Python Sheffield meeting on Tuesday March 29th has now been updated with a couple more talks. We now have: Francis Irving, CEO, ScraperWiki - Using ScraperWiki with Python David Jones - N things I like about Python that aren't in (many) other languages (lightning talk) Daley Chetwynd - Using IronPython with Visual Studio and Mono (lightning talk) The meeting is again being held at the GIST Lab, which is opposite Sheffield train station and behind the Showroom cinema. The meeting will run from 19:00 - 21:00, although doors will be open at the GIST Lab from 18:30. We currently have 10 people registered for the meeting.
