I could give one on implementing pipelining actors and (simplified) software transactional memory for python. It's something I've been playing around with recently, building on ideas from kamaelia (unsurprisingly), but aiming for a more elegant/pleasant API. It's a work in progress, oddly enough :-) If those two phrases don't make sense to people they boil down to making like easier when you're trying to do 2 or more things at once.
