In case anyone reading this wonders whether this is just a random survey, it's not, it's seriously intended as a way of trying to better gather info about how the PSF can help further the python eco system (I'm a member of the PSF). The PSF isn't just about CPython (though it does have a legal aspect there with regard to protecting the copyright for the community), but is specifically at helping grow and nurture the python ecosystem however it can. As a result the reason behind the survey is exactly as stated above - about finding out what's going on and how best to help. Since Safe has organised the most recent lot of events in the northwest, I'd like to nominate him for filling in the survey, but if he can't someone else who's been able to attend regularly would be great :-) (I can't attend as often as I'd like) (I'll happily do it if no-one else has time, but it'd seem a bit self- referential, and I have been a bit out of the loop in for far too many months!) Happy to answer any q's about this though or other PSF-y type things :-) Michael. -- To post: [email protected] To unsubscribe: [email protected] Feeds: http://groups.google.com/group/python-north-west/feeds More options: http://groups.google.com/group/python-north-west
