Ok, well to update everyone, Safe contacted Giacomo as we thought he might have set up the twitter account in the first place, but he apparently he didn't. Giacomo said he'd hit the password reset button and see what happened. Next thing I'm sent a couple of tweets from @pynw, the first simply saying "No." to my initial correspondance, and the second telling me that "randomly hitting the reset my password button isn't really very appropriate". Now the account appears to have been deleted entirely. I guess whoever it was, they really didn't feel like cooperating.
