for sure logilab-common 0.48.0 took some days before appearing on
ftp.l.o while on PyPI it was available. Now I just check 0.48.1 and
it's on both, but I didn't see it on ftp.l.o when I prepared 0.48.0
for Debian, else I would have packaged .1 directly.

yep, easier for human/RSS feed aggregator, not so much for the method
Debian uses to track new upstream releases :)
