Not sure but try to comment `include_dirs` in __pkginfo__.py.
We did a rmtree that must be too intrusive in install class.

I think it's to be able to run 2to3.py hook automatically in build
process. Note there should be no failed ones ;-)

FYI, I will work on RPM version of Logilab packages in few days.
