Yes, I agree with you. An empty message should cause an error
because its a bug in this context as its relied upon just after.
I've folded your changesets about include-ids into a single one, added a ticket
in
our tracker and modified Changelog properly. Same treatment for the F5 key
binding.
And all of this is now in pylint'stable branch. If you're not using evolve
extension,
you'll probably have to strip some changesets to get a proper history back.
