Happy birthday, pylint!  I think promotion to 1.0 would be well deserved.

I would be happy to come to a sprint, and to visit Toulouse.  I live in
Sydney so it is a fair way but possible.  Maybe I can combine it with
something else.

If it's not at Logilab's office, it could also be at Google in London or
Zurich (or Paris, or others).
