I'm tempted to say +1, but I suggest asking on the code-quality mailing
list too. They probably won't say "no", but it never hurts to ask first. :-)

Rationale to my vote:

* more exposure of Pylint's incredible features on a shared mailing list
* increased emulation with other similar projects
* potentially more feedback from other python checker developpers

Since more than 90% of the traffic on python-projects is pylint-related
(gut feeling estimate), this move would leave the question of which
projects are going to be discussed on this list.
