Quoting my answer on https://www.logilab.org/ticket/158432:

In this particular case, this is because logilab-astng has been renamed to
astroid and development moved to bitbucket
(https://bitbucket.org/logilab/astroid). The logilab.org astng web page is only
there for bw compat, though we're still using the platform for continuous
integration and automatic publication. It should not be used as a public site
though.

You may still download astroid from pypy:
https://pypi.python.org/packages/source/a/astroid/astroid-1.0.0.tar.gz#md5=e74430dfbbe09cd18ef75bd76f95425a
but you'll need to-be-released-soon pylint 1.0 to make use of it.
