We should definitely make this package pip-friendly. The debian
packaging says that scipy[1] and scikit-learn[2] are the two only
dependencies, obviously missing lxml. I've created two tickets for
those issues:

Finally, the following packages are recommended but not mandatory:

- nltk[3],
- sparqlwrapper[4],
- dateutil[5]


Nazca is born out of a few use cases we had internally and is definitely
a bit young, especially api-wise, but we plan to work on it in the next
months and we would gladly welcome any contribution.
