Is this new flag going to be used instead of 'tasks._DEBUG'? If yes, and if it is set to 'False', then the question is how can you set it to True before importing asyncio (to make CoroWrapper kick in for asyncio coroutines too)? Maybe it can be initialized through an environment variable? And I'm big +1 on adding it. Yury
