Apparently "marvellous" is not used in English, only "awesome". http://www.cam.ac.uk/research/news/why-marvellous-isnt-awesome-any-more On the other hand we are English which is marvellous, definitely not awesome. Actually I am at a loss to know what is actually awesome in this day and age. I used to think it was stuff like The Grand Canyon, but apparently anything from Hollywood or New York is now awesome. Language is such a fluid thing. Which is clearly awesome. -- Russel. ============================================================================= Dr Russel Winder t: +44 20 7585 2200 voip: sip:russel.win...@ekiga.net 41 Buckmaster Road m: +44 7770 465 077 xmpp: rus...@winder.org.uk London SW11 1EN, UK w: www.russel.org.uk skype: russel_winder _______________________________________________ python-uk mailing list python-uk@python.org https://mail.python.org/mailman/listinfo/python-uk
