While I'm not currently looking for anything, in London, personally I think given there are around 2 or 3 such postings a year on this list (if that), imposing "rules" as such is a little odd. As *suggestions* though, IMO both comments make sense.
Starting a new thread makes sense though - rather than just replying to the list digest with an unchanged subject - since it's less likely to be read. Must admit personally, when I see these things I think - location?
