I have installed a package (pyo) inside of a virtualenv. Now the package is
available globaly, but not inside the virtualenv! This are the steps i went
through:

virtualenv pyo_env
source pyo_env/bin/activate

and then installing <http://ajaxsoundstudio.com/pyodoc/compiling.html> the
pyo within the activated pyo_env. After the installation completed and i am
still inside the activated pyo_env run *python:*

(pyo_env) amir@amir-debian:~$ python
Python 2.7.9 (default, Jun 29 2016, 13:08:31)
[GCC 4.9.2] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.

and then
>>> import pyo
Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "<stdin>", line 1, in <module>
ImportError: No module named pyo

But importing pyo from outside of the pyo-env works:

amir@amir-debian:~$ python
Python 2.7.12 (default, Oct  7 2016, 22:01:12)
[GCC 4.9.2] on linux2
Type "help", "copyright", "credits" or "license" for more information.
>>> import pyo
pyo version 0.8.0 (uses single precision)

Can any one say what could have gone wrong, so that virtualenv works
opposite of what he is supposed to work?
