I am new to Python and trying to understand why Virtualenv is recommended
for Python ?
I know *virtualenv* is a tool to create isolated Python environments. But
my question is why only Python needs this ? We have many other scripting
languages like JavaScript, Pearl etc. and I never heard of sandbox
environment recommended for those programs.

Thanks
 Ravi
