I am getting a fair number of these. When I track this down:

st-exception-raiser@${PY_FLAVOR}

However, Q2 2022 does not have devel/py-cython-test-exception-raiser committed
in the 2022Q2 branch. This -is- committed in ports HEAD so I think someone
needs to just commit devel/py-cython-test-exception to Q2 2022.
