(maintainer-{feedback,approval} is aimed/set for python@ as this is centred on
a python@ port, even a bsd.ports.mk regression caused it)

This is apparently an upstream bug, and is already fixed, past the current
version in the tree:
https://github.com/pypa/setuptools-scm/commit/98b70785ab99ee32b6863c32d0fc844cd2c3dd95

exp-run may not be necessary considering upstream confirming the bug, and even
if it did, it would need to have the same condition of ${WKRDIR}s under
${PORTSDIR} to trigger, which is almost(?) never the case in poudriere. I also
merely forgot to get the update going here.
