...and overlooked the changelog for such a long time and missing the optional
dependency? Either way, what VVD says makes more sense and is what seemlingly
any major distro does or did (given that 3.11 is pretty old by now) and the
fact still stands that we've never utilized external libb2 so just disable it
as VVD already suggested.

Having a quick look at other repos shows that the majority don't pull in libb2
either except for Gentoo.
