Hi folks, please take a look at review D56966 and let me know if you have any
objections.

I've added everyone, who is maintainer of one of the affected ports, here on CC
and as reviewer on Phab, as long as an account was available.

If there are no objections, the Django ports will be switched to Django 5.2
toward the end of May.
