There have been persistent pkg-fallout reports that pkg-breathe no longer
builds.
It does set warnings = errors, but the warnings look as though the
documentation build might actually be broken.
I am currently trying to "git bisect" the main branch on a 15.0-RELEASE tree
with poudriere, which may take a long time in spite of a 16+ GB AMD Ryzen 9
5950X builder box.
