few more attempts to dig deep

1- environment variable is added and working
2- python path is added n working
unsure
typing "scite" in terminal opens scite editor
but mapy_maya.py script eidint "edit_command = ['scite']. won't open
file in scite ( sounds strage)
typing mapy in terminal same "file not found"
typing mapy.exe in terminal says
