Yes the auto completion works fine for me, though sometimes it doesn't list all the classes/methods/attributes but it is working fine again...
Buy the way I've never tried using that under Windows, so I couldn't help you with that, but the same settings for environment and inside Wing in project settings should do the job... cheers...
