Just to be complete, (via some help from a coworker) kMFnNurbsEpsilon is an internal constant = 0.0001. “epsilon” is generally used to describe a tolerance or fudge-factor. In the intersection command, it’s the hit fudge factor. A intersection that misses by this value or less with be called a hit. I still don't know how to get this from py.
