I'm using jython 2.5.2rc.jar and I have it in the eclipse/plugins folder with python monkey. The Eclipse monkey example scripts show up in the eclipse workspace directory that shares my own scripts directory. The default examples also are showing up on the scripts menu in eclipse. It is very strange behavior that also occurs in OSX on my macbook. At first I thought maybe it was the 'indigo' build of eclipse but indigo works fine on windows.
