This is a bit of a spinoff from the previous SublimeText thread, since its a bit more generally applicable. I decided to write a little generalized stub generator, and create some stubs for PyQt4, similar to how pymel provides the maya module completion for 3rd party editors.

But I figured I would share them and see if anyone else can make good use of them.
