if you mean python highlighting sublime have and it detect it automatically,
if you need to show you classes and functions of it i didn't use api in
sublime but i used pyside in it, for that you should add 'C:\Program
Files\Autodesk\Maya2015\Python\Lib\site-packages;' (your directory)
in this way my sublime detect all pyside classes.
but wait for other guys to help better
