Hi all, I’m putting together a series of new nodes, including DG and transform nodes, but can’t seem to find how to make joints.
Here’s what I figured for a basic transform node. - basic transform.py <https://gist.github.com/mottosso/76d43751cdba60a5053d18502302f0c6> This one is subclassing MPxTransform, and the DG nodes are subclassing MPxNode. Now what do I subclass to make joints? :O I found that since Maya 2016, there’s is something that looks a lot like a subclass from joints -“hikFKJoint <http://help.autodesk.com/cloudhelp/2016/ENU/Maya-Tech-Docs/Nodes/hikFKJoint.html>“ - but can’t find any example of it nor what it subclasses to become what it is. I expected to find clues here <http://help.autodesk.com/view/MAYAUL/2016/ENU/?guid=__cpp_ref_class_m_px_transform_html> but aren’t..
