If anybody comes over looking for solution than here it is.
cmds.setAttr("frontShape.renderable", False)
cmds.setAttr("perspShape.renderable", False)
cmds.setAttr("sideShape.renderable", False)
cmds.setAttr("topShape.renderable", False)
cmds.setAttr('light_cameraShape.renderable', True)
