i did upgrade the version but only to see if it would fix this issue. and it hasn't. I like LTS versions of software not latest unless its a must. so it remains compatible. i ran this through gdb to try output more information though it was useless. it provided no valuable information.
Currently the version i know that should be working is 2022 standard. they didn't provide me with a 2022.1 -.2. -.3 though i was able to get the 2022.4 from the website. Im not well versed in python yet, (working on that ) so i dont understand the output other than libc is one of the dominant things i can see other than python. So im unsure at this point what is causing it.
