Apparently I spoke too soon. This still isn't fixed. Apparently radial dimensions can be applied to both arcs and circles, but don't carry information about which type the apply to. So, with both arcs and circles in a drawing, each can have a member with the same index in the "map" (I think) and it gets all confused.
