I've been looking for a small graphics app for Windows Mobile that can do vector graphics and I can't find any, only one full-featured app that costs $45. It occurs to me that Tkinter might be a good tool for building such an app. Using the canvas widget, it might be possible to do some useful graphics, then save the screen as a .gif image.
