Download it and see for yourself: http://fore.validus.com/~kashtan/Python-2.3.4-arm-PPC2003.zip
It contains only the win32gui and win32event modules of the pywin32 package. What parts do you need, and what do you intend to use it for? It doesn't contain any of the other modules like win32security, com, win32ui, etc. but some of them would not be relevant on Windows CE anyway. I've re-read that page and I can see I might have misunderstood it. I was under the impression that you *had* to compile the sources if you wanted the win32 extensions. Is this not the case? Do the pre-compiled binaries already include the win32 stuff? As a quick related question, do you have any idea how much of the win32 extension module is supported under PythonCE? Fairly complete or not? cheers, AndyB On 11/14/05, Luke Dunstan <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote: > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "Andy Baker" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > To: <pythonce@python.org> > Sent: Monday, November 14, 2005 9:22 PM > Subject: [PythonCE] Getting the win32 extensions working > > > > Looking at this page: http://fore.validus.com/~kashtan/ it seems > > fairly doable but I am not that familiar with compiling anything and > > I am wary of it turning into a huge waste of time. > > By "not that familiar with compiling anything" does that mean you are not > a > > C/C++ programmer?
