The problem appears to be that you added .lib files to PLATFORM_LINK32_DLL_FLAGS, and on the linker command line these appeared before the Python object files (they should be after). The fact that these lib files are not needed for the ARM build suggests that something else is wrong (I don't know what exactly). What happens without all those extra linker options you added?
