I don't know editors with syntax highlight for Windows Mobile 2003 SE. To develop my very simple scripts, I use use PocketNotepad; you can download for free at http://tillanosoft.com. For more complex scripts, I develop them on my PC (Windows XP) with a plugin for Eclipse: PyDev (http://pydev.sourceforge.net/).
