There are loads of rte's out there. Practical Django project uses Tiny-
MCE (http://apress.com/book/view/1590599969) AFAIK that is the same
rte that wordpress.com use.

I wrote a an app using YUI-rte and it is very extensible (check the
YUI examples). There are some example of django projects using YUI rte
on github.com
