Yeah, just for reference, he lists his work as being under the
Creative Commons 2.5 attribution non-commercial license (ref:
http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc/2.5/ ) - so as long as we're
accrediting him (probably on the t-shirt) and not turning a profit on
it, we should be good.

Of course, it's still good manners to send him a mockup of the design
(or maybe a t-shirt), but otherwise I'd say a cost-price t-shirt with
some small print saying parts are from his work would fall under the
terms of that CC license.

By the way, please note I'm not a lawyer, just a software engineer, so
there is no legal worth to any of the above.
