I know the dev kit that will try to replicate the app engine environment the best way it can on your local machine. Is that enough for your demo, PJ? Unfortunately, you don't get access to the admin pages, which, in all fairness, is probably one of the cooler parts of app engine. However, screenshots of those would be great.
