Hi, Looks like Google has added support for Mercurial as the next source control system for Google Code: http://google-code-updates.blogspot.com/2009/04/mercurial-support-for-project-hosting.html
Opens up more options for hosting code for open source projects (along with the very good http://bitbucket.org/ and http://github.com/ hosts). One thing which may be of interest in the Emacs vs Vim, sorry, Mercurial vs Git vs Bazaar debate is their analysis of Git vs Mercurial: http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/DVCSAnalysis >From my reading Mercurial's more efficient HTTP protocol was a big decider. mick --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "Python Ireland" group.
