I know that Cassidy's on Westmoreland (not to be confused with Cassidy's on Camden Street) gladly lends out it's rooms to different student groups and other organisations that involve heavy drinking. They have a bar that serves food, and a number of rooms that are relatively quiet, which sounds like what we're looking for. The only caviat is that they don't have a projector, which wouldn't be that big a deal for an unconference.
