Hi Tim, Unfortunately the Belfast LUG learned the hard way that the only sane way to run a Google Group is with new member moderation turned on, and with file upload access explicitly turned off. We got our group banned for several days because someone joined and uploaded a junk file.
If you assign a few group managers, moderating first posts isn't all that much work at all..
