Uli,

It's good idea to wrap up the year and highlight plans (talks, workshops)
for next year.

Apart from 15min talk about Multi-Mechanize I will
prepare 5-10 min photo and video overview of 2012: Europython, PyConUK, and
PyConIE.
Some sort of quick slideshow + 2x short 2-3min videos.
