The only "requirement" is that the candidate can hit the ground running. Also, preferably, someone that can start immediately.
Both apps are currently at early stages of development and are still relatively small, so you should be able to get up to speed quickly. Both use postgresql, jQuery, git and are hosted on heroku. One will also require the set up of celery and worker code to be written, all fairly standard web application stuff at the moment. The candidate would have the opportunity to really guide the direction, design and architecture of the applications at this early stage and get involved in some of the other interesting parts of the applications if either role was to become permanent.
