Sure, it's part of the Python CVS tree.

Extremely bad idea. The IDE is not so much not maintained because noone
is interested (well, that, too :-), but because it is obsolete in many
ways. A rewrite from scratch would be best... Fortunately, PyOXIDE seems
to be just that.
