Also, the extensions in this appscript installer weren't built with PantherPythonFix, so they are tightly bound to the Python 2.3.0 installation. If they were built with a PantherPythonFix'ed installation, then they would be compatible across all Python 2.3.x on Mac OS X 10.3+.
Bob, does this mean that I should make sure to PantherPythonFix my installation before building packages like matplotlib?
