[Pythonmac-SIG] Why do I need PantherPythonFix?

If you are uncertain as to why you need the PanterPythonFix, you might 
want to review

If that or its references do not make sense to you, then you need to 
review the PythonMac wiki about how python is installed in Mac OS X 
10.3.  If none of these references answer those questions, please let 
me know and I will try to add additional info to the wiki so that it is 
more clear.
