I'm not a lawyer, but it doesn't look like Apple is enforcing their copyrights to stringently on this. The rocket icon is used for the Java launcher, and for /Developer/Examples/Bluetooth/OBEXSampleSendVCard So I would liken it to the folder, document, disk image icons (ie, implied permission to use freely).
