Add this call to AppKit/_AppKitSignatures.py:

setSignatureForSelector(
        "NSTableView",
        "dragImageForRows:event:dragImageOffset:",
        "@@:@@N^{_NSPoint=ff}")

I haven't tested this addition yet, but It Should Work(TM).
