So Py2applet is just a new name for Py2app? Why the name change? I kind 
of liked the App vs. Applet Distinction, and would like to have a way to 
do either.

To bad, it's a great idea. If it ever happens, and if I (or someone 
else) every makes the "don't bundle in python" version, it could be a 
check-box in the GUI.

How would you build the GUI? PyObjC?
